There is robust wifi both upstairs and downstairs and in all the bedrooms. There are Sonos wireless audio speakers upstairs and downstairs. You can connect to them by wifi and play your Spotify playlists (if you have Spotify premium) Volume can be controlled from your phone

TV

There is a smart TV downstairs with NETFLIX, Youtube and a number of local channels. The fan in the living room where the TV is located is remote control operated. The control is on the coffee table along with the remote for the TV.
